Multi-Channel Network

Many companies are reviewing their Multi-Channel strategy for the next years. Online and offline communication gets more and more alligned.  

 

The Multi-Channel Network is a new initiative From Softlution, Hybris en OGZ. The Network meets 2 times a year in order to share knowledge and experiences with each other about the complete value chain in relation to Multi-Channel commerce and communication.

The Multi-Channel Network is exclusive for direction and management with a (final) responsible role in the e-commerce area. The Network gives the participants the possibility to have contact in a interactive manner and to discuss e-commerce cases. On top of that it offers a platform for organisations to stay updated about the latest developments about Multi-Channel commerce and it is a place to share ideas and experiences with colleagues out of the same branche. 

On 8 juni 2010 the first edition of the Multi-Channel Netwerk took place in Slot Zeist in the Netherlands. The theme of the evening was ‘Take a look into the crystal ball of Multi-Channel e-commerce’ and highlighted new trends, possibilities, challenges and risks in the area of Multi-Channel commerce and communication. This first evening brought 50 participants together and they discussed actively.
 

Next Multi-Channel Network is planned for end of this year.
