Client situation
Creative Hobbies Group consists of the 3 largest distributors of hobby products in Europe: KnorrPrandell in Germany, Kars&Co in the Netherlands and Bastel Service in Switserland.They develop new hobbies and trends and also develop their own hobby products.Their products are sold to the customers through thousands of shopkeepers.
At the moment each company has their own webshop, each running on a different platform and connected to their own ERP system. Only B2B customers can purchase online.The current webshop platform is not suited for future requirements. Especially regarding sales, marketing and personal approach the system lacks functionalities.
Challenge
Creative Hobbies Group expects that more B2B and B2C customers will buy their products online. Besides a new webshop for KnorrPrandell, Kars and Bastel Service there will also be several white label shops and B2C shops in later phases. All shops will run on the same Hybris 4.2 platform.

Results
The first phase of the new KnorrPrandell webshop was online after only 6 weeks. In the next weeks extra functionalities will be added to it. After the KnorrPrandell shop, the other webshops will soon follow.
