With swim line diagrams, we worked out the flow of data between system and manual actions in different sessions.

Beside the process optimization, we analyze existing E-Commerce Solutions. Analyzing is measuring performance, implementation, marketing activities, services and success of the solution.

We see very often in the market that companies start an E-Commerce solution without much success. Conversion rates are very low and the result is that they have fewer orders than planned. Kickoff and workshop guidance
