Definition of the Brand DNA
To answer these questions, we define a so called ‘brand DNA’, which contains a clear overview of the following subjects:
- The unique position in the (online) market with reference to the competition (positioning)
- The key message of the brand to the target group (proposition)
- The evidence of these claims (both position and proposition)
- The personality of the company and its tone of voice in communication
