Concept
The first step in the online design process is creating a smart, well thought-out concept, which
can be divided in the three elements listed below.

Conceptual starting points
First we have to translate the online strategy to some central thoughts and competences for the user experience that we are going to design. The user and his needs are the main issue.
Navigation and call-to-action
Then we will describe how the navigation structure and the call-to-action can be arranged in such a way that on the one hand the visitor reaches his goal quickly and easily, and on the other hand the funnels (the route the visitor takes) are set down as optimal as possible (in terms of conversion).
Setting up funnels, assortment and content
The last part of the concept phase is a brief description of the ways in which a user kan navigate and click optimally through the site to find, view and choose products and information. How can we accompany the visitor of each type of shop from landingspage to online purchase? The pre defined personas and (possible) scenarios play a leading roll in this part.
